Expenses such as maintenance and insurance are essential for keeping these spaces in good condition and accessible to everyone. Contributing to the DSCA, even though it's optional, is a way for landowners to invest in the community. The small expense involved in membership or contributions can have a meaningful impact on enhancing our shared spaces, which in turn benefits everyone by helping to increase our property values over the long term. Without adequate funding, we would face the real possibility of not being able to keep these communal areas open and well-maintained, which would be a loss for the entire community.
